Every account starts with a 7-day trial and we don’t ask for a card to begin it. If the region in your game doesn’t change, nothing has worked and you shouldn’t pay us.

Prices include VAT where it applies. Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month until you cancel, and you can cancel in two clicks from your billing page — we don’t make you email anyone. What you actually get
Your console’s login and matchmaking lookups are answered by our resolver and sent through a relay in the region you choose. That is the whole mechanism.
What it doesn’t do
It is not a tunnel. Gameplay connects directly from your console to the game server, so your ping is your own connection — we neither improve it nor get in its way.
One setup, then never again
You set two DNS addresses on the console once. Changing region after that happens here, in the app — the console is never touched again.
